As we set sail from Fort Lauderdale, enjoy a day at sea to become acquainted with all that Crystal Grace has to offer and soak in the panoramic ocean views, cocktail in hand. Our first port of call is Cozumel in Mexico, where you can encounter colorful corals and abundant marine life beneath the clear waters. Next is Belize City, to discover ancient Mayan ruins and remnants of colonial rule; Santo Tomás de Castilla in Guatemala, home to a 17th-century Spanish fortress and lively handicrafts market; and Roatán Island in Honduras, a renowned destination for scuba diving and snorkeling. A day at sea brings us to Montego Bay in Jamaica, famous for its pristine beaches and world-class golf courses, then George Town on the island of Grand Cayman to swim with stingrays, dive amid shipwrecks, and lounge on the white sands of Seven Mile Beach. A final day at sea brings us back to vibrant Fort Lauderdale.

Cozumel, Mexico

apr 02, 2029

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Ease into island life on Cozumel. Situated on Mexico's scenic Yucatán Peninsula, it serves as a gateway to the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the largest reef system in the Americas and a biodiversity hotspot that supports a dazzling array of coral and hundreds of tropical fish species. If snorkeling or diving don't appeal, soak up the sun on white-sand beaches or get lost in Mayan mysteries with a visit to the ruins of San Gervasio, once a significant site of worship of the goddess Ixchel. When hunger strikes, you can't go wrong with island favorites like tamales, shrimp tacos, and citrusy ceviche.

04.

Belize City, Belize

apr 03, 2029

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Anchor

Between the world's second largest coral-reef system and a hinterland of hundreds of Mayan temples, sits Belize City. Here, there is history to explore in Fort George District, at Belize Museum, the Cathedral, and House of Culture, contemporary art at the Image Factory, and you might catch a Garífuna band at the Bliss Centre. Plus, you must buy a bottle of Belizean Marie Sharp's world-famous hot sauce for a souvenir. But the prospect of white sands and snorkeling with stingrays at nearby Goff's Caye, or exploring the Mayans' creations at Xunantunich, Caracol, and Lamanai will tempt you further afield.

05.

Santo Tomas, Guatemala

apr 04, 2029

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The adventurous at heart won't be able to resist what lies in store at this port on Guatemala's Caribbean coast. It's the gateway to nature hikes, waterfall swims, boat rides, and bird-watching – more than 400 species, including toucans, inhabit the surrounding rainforest. Plus, there's deep history to delve into, with tours of the Mayan ruins at Quiriguá and the Spanish fort of Castillo de San Felipe de Lara, as well as performances of Punta music and dance by the Garifuna people. Don't forget to pick up crafts by local artisans at Puerto Barrios market, they are must-have souvenirs.

06.

Roatan Island, Honduras

apr 05, 2029

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The largest of Honduras' Bay Islands, Roatán Island is a veritable paradise plucked straight from a storybook. Surrounded by the dazzling, biodiversity-rich Mesoamerican Barrier Reef – the second largest in the world – it's a renowned destination for scuba divers and snorkelers. There's plenty to do on land, too: experience the island's rich Garifuna culture in the historic village of Punta Gorda, encounter free-roaming wildlife and zipline through lush tropical jungle in Gumbalimba Park, and sample delicious local cuisine such as tapado, a traditional Honduran seafood soup.
