Our Baltic odyssey sets sail from the Danish capital of Copenhagen, making its way to the German seaside resort of Warnemünde, where we have two days to discover its sandy beaches, lively promenade, and striking 19th-century lighthouse, as well as the nearby medieval city of Rostock. A stop at Gdansk in Poland offers an opportunity to brush up on World War II history, before it’s over to Klaipeda in Lithuania, famed for its wood-framed architecture, and Riga, the cultured capital of Latvia. A peaceful day at sea brings us to Tallinn in Estonia, with its gothic spires and cobblestoned streets, followed by the Finnish capital of Helsinki, a hub of Nordic design. Our journey ends with two days in spectacular Stockholm, where historic charm meets cutting-edge innovation.
