Our seven-night November voyage offers the best of the Mediterranean without the crowds. Setting sail from Piraeus, we weave our way to Souda, jumping-off point for the Cretan city of Chania, where bustling waterfront restaurants line the promenade of a 14th-century harbor. A peaceful day at sea brings us to Malta’s historic fortified capital of Valletta, known for its ornate Baroque architecture. Then it’s over to Palermo, capital of the Italian island of Sicily, with its grand piazzas, bustling food markets, and opulent Art Nouveau opera house, before we stop at La Goulette in Tunisia, close to the ruins of the ancient city of Carthage. A final day at sea brings us to the spirited Spanish capital of Barcelona.
