TERMS & CONDITIONS

Peace of Mind Promise (the “Program”) provides guests with additional flexibility to cancel their cruise for any reason after final payment has been made. The Program, available to guests at a cost of 10% of the final cruise fare, allows guests to cancel their Crystal cruise at least one day prior to sailing and receive a future cruise credit (FCC) equal to the final cruise fare paid.

Eligibility

Only available if purchased before final payment is due (120 days or 180, depending on voyage length). Program can be combined with all current promotions. Program cannot be used with Exceptional Initiative credits. Applicable only on Full Fare, Combination Sailings, Full World Cruise and full Grand Journeys.

Procedure

If the Program is purchased and the guest needs to cancel their cruise, Crystal retains the final cruise fare paid, and the guest receives an FCC equal to the final cruise fare paid; the FCC is valid for booking within twelve (12) months of the cancellation date on a cruise that sails within twenty-four months of the cancellation date (the “Permitted Sail Date”). The FCC is non-refundable. Voyage-to-Voyage transfers are permitted if the cruise commences within the Permitted Sail Date.

Travel Advisors

FCCs are non-commissionable. Commissions will be paid in accordance with Crystal’s Trade Commission Policy. A reduced commission of 10% will be applied to all bookings purchasing the Program.
