Explore its narrow-cobbled streets and visit the cathedral, an impressive example of medieval Gothic architecture and considered one of Spain’s finest, the elaborately-decorated Synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca and the Church of Santo Tomé, housing El Greco's most famous painting "Burial of Count Orgaz".
