Leaving the ship at Hiep Phuoc Port, journey through the fertile region of the Mekong Delta, where life unfolds along an intricate network of rivers and canals. Upon arrival, board a traditional wooden boat and cruise past floating fish farms and riverside homes while gaining insight from a local into the region's enduring relationship with the water. Continue to Thoi Son Island, where hands-on experiences include beeswax candle-making and traditional beehive construction. FLOATING MARKETS AND COLONIAL SAIGON

Rise early for a memorable cruise through one of the Mekong Delta's traditional floating markets, where traders exchange fresh produce from boats in a colorful display of local commerce. A light snack is served on board while you observe the vibrant rhythms of river life. Return to the resort for breakfast before departing for Ho Chi Minh City. Following lunch at a local restaurant, discover elements of the city's colonial heritage with a visit to Saigon Central Post Office, an architectural landmark of the French colonial era. Across the square, admire the recently restored red-brick façade of the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon. Later, transfer to Hiep Phuoc Port to continue your voyage.
