This intimate, 24-guest A&K Exceptional Experience takes place entirely within one beautifully curated venue, bringing together Balinese ritual, craft, and wellness in a single, meaningful afternoon. From the moment guests arrive, the shift in atmosphere is clear: temple attendants in traditional dress will provide a welcome with quiet sincerity, offering fragrant floral infusions and simple frangipani garlands complete the introduction, symbolizing peace and respect within Balinese tradition accompanied by the rhythmic resonance of Baleganjur gamelan.

Guests divide into two small groups for personal, hands-on encounters. One group moves into the spa sanctuary for a traditional Les Wangi massage, a gentle healing practice passed through generations and performed with oils crafted from native botanicals. The second group joins local Balinese women to learn the meditative art of creating canang sari offerings and the correct way to wear a sarong and sash — small but essential rituals that shape everyday spiritual life.&At the midway point, the groups switch so each guest experiences both elements.

A short buggy ride within the estate leads to a quiet temple courtyard, where a Balinese priest conducts the Lukat Toya purification ritual. Supported by the soft resonance of singing bowls, the ceremony feels reflective and personal, offering a genuine moment of pause rather than performance.

The late afternoon concludes on a candlelit terrace framed by bamboo and tropical gardens with a view to the ocean. Regional Indonesian dishes are served with understated storytelling from a wayang kulit shadow-puppet master, where stories and symbolism accompany each course.
