Per Sempre Upgrade FAQs

The following information pertains to the Per Sempre program benefit:

‘Complimentary suite upgrades, if available, will be communicated no earlier than seven (7) days prior to embarkation date, and most likely on the day of embarkation. A maximum of one upgrade per household membership will be honored for each voyage booked’.

All Per Sempre benefits can be found in the full membership T&Cs here:

Per Sempre T&C | Crystal Cruises

Do members need to register their interest for an upgrade on embarkation day?

All Per Sempre members will be automatically considered for an upgrade on the day they embark (or on the first day of each new segment, in the case of back-to-back segments being booked). Members can check in with the concierge to find out if they have been granted an upgrade. Additionally, a note will be left in members’ suites letting them know they are eligible, and they will have until 6pm that evening to check in with the concierge and claim the upgrade. If the upgrade is not claimed by that time, it will be released.

How will upgrades be prioritised between Per Sempre members?

When upgrading Per Sempre members, we first consider which suite category was originally booked. Where several Per Sempre members have booked the same suite category, we take into consideration members’ Crystal Society milestones.

How will upgrades be prioritised vs. other guests who pay for an upgrade or take advantage of an upgrade promotion?

Upgrades that have been paid for or are offered in live promotions are assigned before we upgrade Per Sempre members.

When will upgrades be confirmed?

Currently, we are unable to confirm specific upgrades prior to embarkation.

How will upgrades be allocated if a Per Sempre member is booked on back-to-back segments on a voyage?

For Per Sempre members booked on consecutive segments of a cruise, upgrades will be allocated on a segment-by-segment basis and confirmed on the first day of each new segment. If a member does not receive an upgrade, they will remain in the suite they originally booked.
