Modern Slavery Statement - A&K Travel Group Holdings Ltd

MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

At A&K Travel Group Holdings Ltd (“A&K”), we believe that travel has the power to enrich lives and communities. This belief underpins our unwavering commitment to operating responsibly and with integrity. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct across our business and global supply chains.

OUR BUSINESS AND STRUCTURE

A&K has been crafting exceptional travel experiences for over 60 years. Today, our portfolio includes Abercrombie & Kent, Cox & Kings, Crystal Cruises and other distinguished brands, supported by more than 74 offices across 40+ countries and a global team of over 4,000.

Central to our approach is our network of Destination Management Companies (DMCs), one of the most extensive in the luxury travel sector. This on-the-ground presence allows us to operate with greater oversight, foster long-term local partnerships, and deliver journeys that are not only seamless, but also responsible and respectful of the communities we serve.

OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

Our global operations require collaboration with a wide range of trusted partners, including accommodation providers, cruise operators, transport companies, and local experience providers.

We recognise that with this global reach comes a responsibility to actively manage and mitigate risks, including those related to modern slavery. We are committed to working only with partners who share our values and uphold internationally recognised human rights standards.

OUR APPROACH AND POLICIES

We are guided by a strong ethical framework, including our Anti-Slavery Policy, which reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible business practices.

At A&K, we view travel as a force for good. Through A&K Philanthropy, we support more than 40 grassroots initiatives worldwide, helping to create sustainable livelihoods and strengthen communities in the destinations we operate.

DUE DILIGENCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT

We take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks within our operations and supply chains.

Our processes are designed to:

  • Identify and assess areas of potential risk
  • Implement appropriate controls to mitigate those risks
  • Monitor and review supplier practices on an ongoing basis
  • Equip our teams with the knowledge to recognise and respond to potential issues

WORKING WITH OUR PARTNERS

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure alignment with our values. Our contractual agreements include clear obligations relating to anti-slavery and human trafficking, requiring compliance with all applicable legislation.

We expect our partners to:

  • Undertake appropriate due diligence in their own operations
  • Ensure fair and lawful employment practices
  • Maintain transparency within their workforce and supply chains

We also collaborate with key partners to implement audit and review processes that help reinforce these standards.

TRAINING AND AWARENESS

Our people play a vital role in upholding our commitments. We provide regular training to ensure colleagues understand the risks of modern slavery and are confident in identifying and addressing concerns.

This includes targeted training for those working closely with suppliers and partners, as well as ongoing reinforcement of our global Anti-Slavery Policy.

SPEAK UP CULTURE

We foster a culture of openness and accountability. Our whistleblowing framework enables colleagues to raise concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation, ensuring that issues can be addressed promptly and appropriately.

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes A&K’s Modern Slavery Statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
