OUR BUSINESS AND STRUCTURE
A&K has been crafting exceptional travel experiences for over 60 years. Today, our portfolio includes Abercrombie & Kent, Cox & Kings, Crystal Cruises and other distinguished brands, supported by more than 74 offices across 40+ countries and a global team of over 4,000.
Central to our approach is our network of Destination Management Companies (DMCs), one of the most extensive in the luxury travel sector. This on-the-ground presence allows us to operate with greater oversight, foster long-term local partnerships, and deliver journeys that are not only seamless, but also responsible and respectful of the communities we serve.
OUR SUPPLY CHAIN
Our global operations require collaboration with a wide range of trusted partners, including accommodation providers, cruise operators, transport companies, and local experience providers.
We recognise that with this global reach comes a responsibility to actively manage and mitigate risks, including those related to modern slavery. We are committed to working only with partners who share our values and uphold internationally recognised human rights standards.

At A&K, we view travel as a force for good. Through A&K Philanthropy, we support more than 40 grassroots initiatives worldwide, helping to create sustainable livelihoods and strengthen communities in the destinations we operate.

We foster a culture of openness and accountability. Our whistleblowing framework enables colleagues to raise concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation, ensuring that issues can be addressed promptly and appropriately.
