Crystal continues to have the best service of any premium cruise line, as well as superior food and activities. Our butler went above and beyond to ensure an excellent cruise and the waitstaff were always attentive.

It's wonderful to be back on board Crystal and to see so many familiar crew members. The food was amazing, the tours were executed perfectly by great guides, and the violinist was incredible. It is the crew that makes the difference.

An exceptional cruise experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the 19 nights. The food was Michelin-worthy and the staff were exemplary in every respect. We especially enjoyed the entertainment, including Duo Essencia and the pianist, Crystal's 2024 Entertainer of the Year.

The staff in the Bistro made morning coffee a wonderful memory. The dance pros were fantastic in creating a fun party experience at all the dance events. The Music Makers were wonderful and knew most of the dance travelers by name.

Returning to Crystal is like coming home. It's amazing how many staff members remembered us from our previous trip through the Suez Canal. Crystal truly makes you feel like family.

Fantastic cruise. I particularly loved the Ambassador hosts who danced, chatted, and dined with the solo travellers. They were charming and friendly and made the cruise special for me as I was traveling alone for the first time. They are a brilliant idea.

I simply cannot say enough about how spectacular our time on Crystal Serenity was. I have traveled extensively on other lines and this trip was the best of the best. The food was extraordinary and the service flawless. I am counting the days until we board again.
