We host exceptional onboard experiences including the only restaurant at sea by the award-winning chef Nobu Matsuhisa, and the only casino at sea in collaboration with Société des Bains de Mer (SBM). We offer personal butler service for every guest room and suite, and our staff and crew are famous for their naturally intuitive service. We offer the largest amount of space per passenger in cruise and have one of the highest crew-to-guest numbers. For guests, our sanctuary on the sea becomes a second home.

Abercrombie & Kent founder Geoffrey Kent pioneered the community-first approach to conservation more than 60 years ago. Sustainability
What is the longevity of the Crystal Ships?
Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity were built with materials of such high quality that they stand apart from other cruise lines’ vessels. When the class was evaluated by industry specialists following refurbishment, their new conventional age was deemednot to be 20 and 28 years, but 10 and 14 years respectively, confirming the ships’exceptional quality.
What are some of the sustainability initiatives of Crystal?
Sustainability and environmental responsibility are of our upmost importance to Crystal. One important initiative we have taken is to introduce the Nordaq system onboard and provide sustainable water bottles for guests in rooms and suites. We plan to provide refill stations for guests in future, too, with the aim of eventually eliminating single-use plastic.
