Suite Inclusions

What is included on the Suites and Guest Rooms ?

Double Guest Rooms with Veranda and Single Guest Rooms with Veranda or Ocean View include:

  • A choice of all-inclusive open-seating and specialty restaurants
  • Private verandas or large picture windows
  • Queen-size beds or twin beds with sumptuous bedding
  • Living area with sofa and TV
  • Linen changes every second day

Aquamarine Veranda and Ocean View Suites include all listed above and:

  • Vanity in dressing area
  • Complimentary pressing (five pieces per day, secnd-day service)
  • Walk-in closet
  • Afternoon canapés
  • Afternoon tea
  • Complimentary coffee capsule machine
  • Binoculars

Sapphire Veranda and Ocean View Suites include all listed above and:

  • Orchids
  • Complimentary dry cleaning (five pieces every 10 days, second day service)
  • Complimentary laundry (one bag every 10 days, second-day service)
  • Bath salts

Junior Crystal Penthouse and Crystal Penthouse Suites include all listed above and:

  • Full whirlpool bathtub with separate shower and bidet
  • Room service from Umi Uma and Osteria d’Ovidio
  • Unlimited dining in Osteria d’Ovidio and Umi Uma (by reservation, based on availability)
  • Complimentary dry cleaning (five pieces per day, second-day service)
  • Complimentary laundry (one bag per 10 days, second-day service)

Bedding

What pillow options can I choose from onboard?

To ensure your nights onboard are as wonderful as your days, we offer the most exceptional bedding on the high seas. If you wish to have any additional pillows, please choose from the following options:

  • Hypo-allergenic king- or standard-size pillow, filled with down-like polyfiber
  • Standard-size pillow options:
    • Firm pillow, 95% feather and 5% down
    • Goose-down pillow
    • Therapeutic sleep-sensitive pillow, 100% polyester fiber with head and neck indent
  • Round neck pillow, Isotonic elastic foam-filled, for neck or lumbar support

What sleeping accommodation is available for parties traveling with three or four guests staying in the same suite?

In most suites, housekeeping will set up the sofa bed during turndown service on the sofa in the suite. Crystal Penthouses and Junior Crystal Penthouses have the option of a separate bed. For larger families, we recommend a multiple-room configuration.

Is there any way to increase the length of the beds?

Yes. We have a limited number of bed extenders onboard. Please contact the Onboard Guest Services team at [email protected] prior to your sailing.

Is hypoallergenic bedding available on request?

Guests can request a cotton duvet instead of a down duvet. This should be noted on the booking. All our laundry cleaning supplies are non-fragranced and are provided by EcoLabs. Please advise your Personal Cruise Consultant or Travel Agent if this is required.

Amenities

Can people see through the windows of the guest rooms and suites on the promenade deck?

The windows on these staterooms have a UV filter that blocks anyone seeing in during the day. At night, it is possible to see in when your lights are on, so we recommend closing the curtains when the sun goes down to ensure maximum privacy.

Do the bathrooms have grab bars?

Yes, every bathroom is equipped with a grab bar next to the toilet and in the shower.

Are there CD players in your suites and guest rooms?

Our suites and guest rooms do not come equipped with CD players. Guests are permitted to bring a small CD player onboard. Music of several genres, featuring hundreds of songs, is available on your in-suite tablet.

What bath products do you offer?

We offer products by Ortigia, a small Italian soap and scent company founded in Sicily. The luxurious range of soaps, scents, creams, candles, and lotions are formulated using natural products indigenous to Sicily and inspired by the aesthetics, colors, and scents of the island.

Do all suites have Butler service?

Butler service is offered for all categories of guest rooms and suites. Specific services offered will be determined by suite category.

Are there robes and kimonos in my suite, if so how many?

Each suite has two terry cloth robes and two kimonos, please request additional robes and kimonos from your Butler when onboard.

What amenities are included in suites and guest rooms?

  • Beverages including select fine wines, Champagne, premium spirits, and all non-alcoholic beverages, such as bottled water, soft drinks, and specialty coffees.
  • At least one complimentary reservation to Osteria d' Ovidio and one complimentary reservation to Umi Uma, as well as unlimited reservations to Beefbar, subject to availability.
  • Butler service in all suites and guest rooms.
  • Wi-Fi/Internet access in-room and throughout the ship, signal permitting
