Who should I contact if MyAccount has an error?
What do I do if I forgot my password for MyAccount?
If your password shows as incorrect, carefully re-enter it, ensuring you are using the correct capitalization (as passwords are case-sensitive). Alternatively, use the password reset option provided on the login page to recover your access. You will need to provide your email address to verify your identity and set a new password.

How do I create a MyAccount and log-in?
1. Start by signing up
- Begin the sign-up process.

- Provide your first and last name.
3. Enter your email address
- This email will be used for future bookings, so please make sure it's correct.
4. Set a password
- Choose a secure password for your account.
5. Agree to the privacy policy
- Review and accept the privacy policy.

How do I view my itinerary?
To view your itinerary, please log in to your Crystal MyAccount using your user name and password. Next, go to My Bookings and select the relevant booking if you have multiple reservations. In the booking details, click on View My Reservation to access your current itinerary for the selected voyage.If you wish to review the dress code, it may be found under Dress Code Itinerary within your reservation.
What should I do if I notice my cruise count is incorrect?
In MyAccount, only voyages taken since our relaunch (July 2023), will be displayed as past bookings. Any previous voyages are included in your overall milestone level and notated in the MyBookings section of the portal. For clarification, please contact our Crystal Loyalty team at [email protected].
What is the benefit of providing independent hotel information before and after your sailing?
Providing your independent hotel information before and after your sailing allows us to keep in touch with you for matters such as lost items, delays, or any other service-related needs. This is our way of ensuring you receive the best possible care and support.
Can I make special requests for my onboard preferences?
You may specify any dietary and medical preferences under Guest Preferences in your Guest Documentation form. For special occasions or celebrations such as anniversaries, honeymoons, or birthdays, please provide details under Additional Information.
If I am traveling with a party staying in several rooms, can we make reservations as a group?
If you are traveling with another guest, even if they are not listed on your booking, you may invite them to join your dining reservations. This courtesy is available for dining reservations only and does not extend to our shore excursions or spa appointments.
Where do I book dining reservations, shore excursions, and spa appointments prior to my voyage?
To make a booking, navigate to the desired day on your itinerary and choose the reservation type (dining, excursion, or spa) you would like to book. Please note, you will need to select the guest attending, and the times shown are based on our current availability.
How can I make reservations and appointments on MyAccount?
After completing your Guest Documents, MyAccount will display the available reservations and appointments available on your select voyage.

How are the milestone credits calculated? Is there an exact formula?
As the current program stands, milestone credits are calculated based on the following:
- One cruise aboard Crystal between five and 15 nights: Guests receive one (1) milestone credit.
- Note, guests will not earn a credit on a shorter voyage.
- One voyage aboard Crystal of 16 nights or more: Guests receive two (2) milestone credits.
Combination sailings, such as back-to-back cruises, Grand Journeys, or consecutive segments of a World Cruise, comprise multiple independent segments earning applicable credits for each individual voyage duration. For example: If the Combination sailing Lisbon to Copenhagen (23 nights) comprises a 16-night segment (Lisbon to Amsterdam) and a seven-night segment (Amsterdam to Copenhagen), the total credit for the combination sailing Lisbon to Copenhagen would equal 3 credits.
Please note, calculating credits with the former Crystal can be varied for the following reasons:
(1) The calculation is based on the segments of which it is comprised. These may vary from five-16 nights/segment to 17+ nights/segment and we do not have access to historical sailing data, only account standings at time of transfer.
(2) The program rules vary depending on which year the cruise was taken. With the past program versions, cruise credits were calculated using a different formula. For example, in the 2012 program brochure, the rules were: Segments with seven to 24 nights = 1 credit and Segments with 25+ nights = 2 credits.
My milestone level says one number, but I think it may be wrong. What do I do?
Only full-fare sailings of five nights or more will count as a milestone credit. All active Crystal Society account milestone credit totals reflected include voyages sailed with Crystal under the current ownership and credits carried over from the former Crystal. If you suspect your credits carried over from the former Crystal are incorrect, we recommend reviewing the invoice from the last booking with the former Crystal (pre-2023) or requesting it from your Travel Advisor. This number is the most accurate information from the former company. When it is combined with any recent sailings, the total should reflect your true credit count. If there is any further discrepancy or you believe you may have a duplicate profile, please contact our Loyalty department at [email protected]. We ask that you include any relevant documentation for an expedited resolution.
Is it possible to obtain a list of my past sailings and voyages with the former Crystal?
Full voyage and booking details are not available for sailings with the former company. All active Crystal Society account milestone credit totals currently include voyages sailed with Crystal under the current ownership, and credits carried over from the former Crystal. The historical data from the former Crystal and the new sailings are combined to give a total for a member’s current milestone credit count.
How does the complimentary transfer benefit work? Are there restrictions?
Transfers are provided from airport to hotel/pier, hotel to pier/airport, and/or pier to hotel/airport. In addition, we also provide transfers claimed with milestones This means that the guests can transfer from/to any hotel/address within 50 miles per claimed transfer. If the mileage exceeds that amount, we can quote on the price for the additional distance. If your voyage includes a complimentary transfer as part of your package or as a promotion, a credit will be placed on your the booking in this amount instead. The credit will offset any cost of transfers booked while onboard or during your travels.

Will my past Crystal Society milestone be honored?
Since its relaunch, the Crystal Society program honors the level earned with the previous company/program. Therefore, the previous level or milestone last earned will be the starting point. Guests are not able to redeem any previously earned milestone rewards or credits but can redeem the next milestone they reach with us.
When will I receive my first Crystal Society pin?
You will receive the Induction Society Pin during you second sailing, which is delivered to your suite while you are onboard. For further information or inquires about loyalty, please contact our Loyalty Team at [email protected].

What can onboard credits be redeemed for?
All non-cash redeemable shipboard credits may be used for products (items from the shops) and services (spa, excursions, F&B) added to the guest folio.
- Credits cannot be redeemed for:
- Current or future bookings
- Suite upgrades
- Port security and handling charges
- Pre-paid shore excursions
- Airfare add-ons
- Visa, immigration fees, or any Jones Act Violation fees
- Supplemental crew gratuities
- VAT, GST, and other applicable taxes
- Shipboard credits may not be applied to canceled reservations (whether paid in full or in part)

Will I be able to exchange cash for local currency on board?
We do not offer currency exchange. In some ports, a local currency exchange service may be available on shore on the day of arrival. When currency exchange is not available ashore, your crew will advise the closest currency exchange location.
What currency is used onboard?
USD is the only currency used on board.
What currencies are you able to convert?
We do not offer currency exchange on board. In certain ports, we will have third-party vendors available or our Concierge or Front Desk will guide guests to a safe and trusted location nearby.
Guests using credit cards with foreign currency are subject to individual bank exchange rates and applicable fees when making purchases onboard.
What credit cards are accepted on board?
All major credit cards are accepted, including Discover, Master Card, Visa, and AMEX.
What is included in my cruise fare?
Our all-inclusive program gives you the sense of freedom and peace of mind that comes from knowing everything is taken care of while on board. Certain outlets, experiences, and amenities are provided at a premium.
How much are gratuities?
Please note that gratuities are included for our housekeeping, bar, and dining onboard crew members. Additional gratuities are at the discretion of each guest and are not required. If you would like to present gratuities for other service personnel, please do so at your discretion, or if you have any inquires regarding gratuities, please contact the Reception Desk on board.
Does Crystal have gift certificates?
Currently, we do not offer gift certificates on board. Instead, you can purchase onboard credits as gifts for any of our guests. Please call us directly to speak with one of our Personal Cruise Consultants who will assist you with a purchase.ATMs are not available on board and therefore no cash can be withdrawn.
Can I withdraw cash on board? What is the fee?

Can I pay with cash rather than use a credit card for onboard purchases?
All purchases will be charged to your onboard account. Cash will not be accepted.
Do you accept travelers checks onboard?
Yes, guests can use travelers checks as payment for up to $500 per day per person and up to $2,500 per person per sailing. Personal checks cannot be cashed or used as payment.
