The charming atmosphere of Les Quatre Saisons exists within the upscale Pullman Basel Europe hotel, located near the city center. As the name suggests, the beautifully presented dishes are inspired by the four seasons. High quality, market-fresh ingredients are prepared with a minimalist touch to create well-balanced, flavorful dishes. It's not surprising that the restaurant has earned numerous awards, including a Michelin star. The menu has featured such tasty options as Viennese-style veal fillet with Périgord truffle and field salad sprouts; sautéed turbo with brioche crust, beurre rouge and winter leek; and beef fillet from Simmental with port wine gravy, Venere rice and spinach.

The Epicurean Experience includes a 3-course dinner and selected paired wines, beers and water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
 
Cancellations for any Epicurean Evenings must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival in the excursion port. For any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival in the excursion port as well as any no-show to an Epicurean Evening, a €299 cancellation fee will be charged to the guest’s shipboard account (this includes complimentary bookings for categories CP & above).
