Nestled away in the tiny village of Flüh, just outside of Basel, is the Michelin-star Restaurant Martin. It exudes all the warmth and charm of a cozy country inn. Here chef Manfred Möller and his wife Claudia invite guests to enjoy an exceptional dining experience where classic French cuisine is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Its inspired, seasonal menu has featured such flavorful dishes as sautéed frog legs with herbs and garlic; grilled beef fillet with baked marrow, potato gratin and braised endive; and pan-fried, Grenoble-style sole with butter potatoes.

Crystal Suite and Crystal Penthouse Categories receive one complimentary Epicurean Experience per cruise only through the Priority Check-in & Planning Center. Cancellations for any Epicurean Evenings must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival in the excursion port. For any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival in the excursion port as well as any no-show to an Epicurean Evening, a €299 cancellation fee will be charged to the guest’s shipboard account (this includes complimentary bookings for categories CP & above).
