On this exclusive Crystal experience, you'll go behind the scenes to dip deeply into the artistry and science behind chocolate making. You'll be in knowledgeable hands, too: Confiserie Beschle is Basel's most renowned chocolatier, founded in 1898 and now in its 4th generation of family ownership.
In an immersive session, you'll get insider insights into how cacao is cultivated, processed, refined, and blended into the different chocolate combinations you'll be tasting. You'll learn how to properly test and prepare chocolate, and get exclusive views on Beschle's unique production and processing techniques.
Best of all, you'll create your own handsomely wrapped chocolate bar to show off to family or travel companions. That is, unless you end up nibbling it uncontrollably during the short coach ride back to your Crystal ship. Happens to the best of us.
