Barcelona is one of the Mediterranean’s most impressive and best-planned cities. Admire its beautiful attractions from a comfortable, air-conditioned motor coach.
DurationApproximately 3 hours
Departing from pier, you will first drive through Colon Avenue to admire the monument to Christopher Columbus and the old port, before reaching Picasso Avenue by the side of Ciutadella Park. Here, admire the Arc del Triomf, built for the city’s International exhibition of 1888.
Next, enjoy some leisure time as you arrive at Barcelona’s Olympic port. Stroll down the promenade and take in the sights of the water, the many yachts lining the dock, and of course, the enormous Gold Whale, designed by Frank Gehry.
Then, re-board your motor coach and continue down Marina Avenue towards the famous boulevard of Passeig the Gràcia, a stunning tribute to modernism hosting Barcelona’s most famed buildings, among those Antoní Gaudi’s Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. You will continue then on through Plaça Espanya, the Fair and Congress Palace and María Cristina Avenue on your way to Montjuic Hill. Before returning to the pier and your Crystal ship, stop for photos and enjoy some of the best views of Barcelona at Montjuïc Mountain.Although this excursion is manual wheelchair accessible, guests must be able to negotiate steps and gaps to embark and disembark the motor coaches with little to no assistance.
