Your air-conditioned motor coach departs the pier for your journey into the interior of the island.
Stopping at the village of Batubulan, enjoy a performance of traditional Barong dance. Prepare to be entranced by this unique display, which depicts the fight between good and evil. Gongs and percussion instruments provide the musical background that lends to the unforgettable experience.
Next, visit the Balinese Hindu temple called Batuan Temple. This temple is designed beautifully with Balinese ornaments, with the roof of the temple building made from the fiber of the chromatic black palm tree.
From here, stop at the Neka Museum for an inside visit. Your Central Bali exploration will also include a visit to Kemenuh Village, where you will see woodcarvers at work.
Your appetite for viewing art having been satisfied, next satisfy your hunger for dinner as you travel to a local restaurant for a relaxing meal.
Return to your Crystal ship inspired by the scenery, artists’ works and temples of Bali.
As this excursion involves extensive walking and some stair climbing, it is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties. It is recommended that guests dress in casual clothing, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen, as well as wear flat, comfortable shoes. Guests should also bring raingear in case of inclement weather. The village of Mas may be substituted for Kemenuh. The order of sights visited may vary. This excursion will operate in all weather conditions.
