Populated since the Bronze Age, this hilltop pueblo of white, cubic buildings has been inhabited by the Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Greeks and Romans. As you will see, it was the North African Moors who left the most indelible mark on the town, gleaming and photogenic in its Moroccan style.
During your walk, encounter quaint corners and astounding views at virtually every turn. At the top of the village, admire fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast and the beaches below.
After your guided visit, return to the pier in Almeria.
