1
DAY ONE: ARRIVE IN ANCHORAGE
ANCHORAGE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Arrive at Anchorage International Airport, where you will be met by your local guide who will take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours at leisure to explore on your own or relax after your journey – the Anchorage Museum is great place to visit, a scene-setter for your forthcoming Alaskan adventure.

DAY TWO: TAKE THE TRAIN TO DENALI NATIONAL PARK

This morning you’ll head north to the quaint community of Talkeetna, which serves as the starting point for those looking to climb North America’s tallest mountain. Here, you’ll board a deluxe dome railcar for a scenic rail journey to Denali National Park. With its wraparound windows, the railcar offers a unique perspective on this incredible landscape. Lunch is provided en route. Upon arrival, enjoy some time at leisure before checking into your hotel.

DAY THREE: ON THE LOOKOUT FOR BEARS AND MOOSE
ANCHORAGE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
After breakfast, you depart on the Tundra Wilderness Tour to venture deep into the heart of Denali National Park, looking out for the bears, moose, caribou, and Dall sheep that call the park home. The 5 to 5.5-hour journey is narrated, providing valuable insight into the flora and fauna of this spectacular region. You’ll also enjoy a visit to the Denali Discovery Center for a private talk about life here. Dinner tonight is at the hotel.

DAY FOUR: RAISE A GLASS AND MUSH A DOG TEAM

After breakfast at the hotel, it’s time to board your deluxe motorcoach for the return journey to Talkeetna, where a thrilling dog mushing experience awaits. Having worked up an appetite for lunch, you’ll then visit Denali Brewing to try its delicious beers and hearty, seasonal fare. There is also the option for you to purchase additional tours to take this afternoon, such as flightseeing. In the evening, you’ll dine at your hotel, Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge.

DAY FIVE: ALASKA WILDLIFE CONSERVATION CENTER AND EMBARK

After breakfast, your deluxe motorcoach will take you to the coastal community of Seward. En route, visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center in Girdwood, where you will have a chance to see the region’s wildlife up close - including an exclusive private encounter with one of the animals. You’ll also have lunch here and some free time to explore at your leisure. Upon arrival in Seward, it will be time to say goodbye to your tour director and transfer to the Seward Cruise Terminal to check in for your onward cruise.
