A valid passport and appropriate visas are required to sail. Note that passports must be valid for six months past the debarkation date. Any guest not in possession of valid documentation will be denied embarkation. Please note, passports must have sufficient blank visa pages (a minimum of six) for entry and exit stamps. Our sailings require passengers to carry a full passport, valid for at least 6 months after the end of your voyage. For some ports of call, visas may be required.

Crystal can obtain visas on board for certain countries, but it is the passenger's responsibility to verify their own visa requirements and obtain necessary documents before their trip. Guests should check their booking confirmation, My Account, and consult with their Travel Advisor for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

In-transit visas for the below countries can be obtained on board:

• Indonesia, Vietnam, Seychelles, Maldives, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana

While the specific requirements vary, most countries require that you submit recent photographs, complete an application form, and submit your actual passport. Your passport is required as the visa, if issued, is affixed to a blank visa page in your passport. Other documents can also be required, such as a detailed travel itinerary, health information, and invitation letters.

If you are non-US passport holder and require an ESTA to enter the United States, please note that unfortunately we cannot obtain ESTA on your behalf. The US ESTA can be obtained via: Official ESTA Application Website - Home, or via the mobile ESTA app.

The Australian Government requires any traveler requiring an Australia Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to apply directly within the Australian government portal. The ETA is only available through the official mobile application provided by the Government of Australia. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, or the app store used by your device.

Some consulates require you to appear in person at the consulate to apply for your visa. This may be done just to verify your identity or conduct a formal interview. In these cases, you must submit your visa application directly to the consulate. Visa Central can collect your completed visa from the consulate but cannot submit your request on your behalf.

These charges must be paid to the consulate issuing the travel visa whether the visa is issued by Visa Central or not. Please note that the consular fees are subject to change without advance notice at any time by various governments. The cost of using Visa Central varies based on the services you have requested and how quickly you need the documentation to be processed. The fees established by Visa Central are in place to facilitate and maintain the highest quality of travel visa and passport processing possible.
