Jeff Roberts (Gosport, England)
A Welshman from the mining valley town of Abertillery, but now living near Gosport in Hampshire. After leaving the local Grammar School with three A Levels, he became the first of the family to go to University where he obtained a degree in Geology and captained the University Rugby team. Commissioned into the Royal Navy, Jeff qualified in Meteorology and Oceanography and went to sea in Aircraft Carriers, serving in the Far East and the Mediterranean. Seconded to NATO, he and wife Angela, together with two sons, lived in Naples, Italy for three years. Upon leaving the RN, he became head of Training and Development for a Building Society, before opting for self employment as a freelance presenter. Jeff currently works as a tutor for a long established Investment Bank and presents talks on destinations.
Tex Harris (McLean, VA)
Two-time President of the American Foreign Service Association - the professional organization of American diplomats - Tex Harris has been a leading advocate for strengthening U.S. diplomacy around the world and for the modernization of the Foreign Service. Tex Harris recently retired after a 35-year career in which he earned many honors, including the Department of States highest, the Distinguished Honor Award, for his work in Argentina in the late 1970s exposing the fate of the disappeared.
David Hughes (Sheffield, England)
David Hughes read Physics at Birmingham University then gained his doctorate in solar astrophysics at the University Observatory, Oxford. He was appointed assistant lecturer in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Sheffield at the age of 24, and then spent the next 42 years lecturing in astronomy and doing research - during this time he published over 200 research papers. He retired as Professor a couple of years ago, since when he has continued to work from home, concentrating on writing a book on primitive astronomy and lecturing. He still serves on the Royal Astronomical Society's Heritage Committee, and chairs their Instruments Committee. He sat as an elected member of the Council of the Royal Astronomical Society for twelve years, and the British Astronomical Association for six years. He has been Vice-President of both these organizations.

Deborah Lundin (Houston, TX)
Popular national and international lecturer, Deborah Lundin is a Graduate Gemologist. She owns a laboratory and consulting firm which specializes in diamond and colored gemstone analysis. She has become a respected expert on gem fraud. Her lectures combine humor, technical expertise and colorful stories based on her own experiences in the world of gemstones. As well, the audience is always invited to see and hold examples of the world's finest gemstones.
Jack McManus (Manhattan Beach, CA)
Dr. Jack McManus is professor of Education at the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. Over the past 30 years, Dr. McManus has served in many capacities at Pepperdine, including director of Computer Services, director of the residential MBA/MIB programs, and interim dean. Most recent was his appointment as adjunct professor in the School of Public Policy.
Dr. Sylvia Rimm (Sheffield Lake, OH)

Passport To Music presented by Yamaha and Crystal Cruises: Instructor Ursula Newman (Scottsdale, AZ) teaches an innovative and fun course as an introduction to keyboard playing for adults. Tradition and technology meet in harmony to create this progressive piano-style program. With an emphasis on hands-on learning using Yamaha's exciting portable keyboards supported by the Clavinova digital piano, guests learn nearly a dozen songs during the cruise. An overview of general musical skills, including listening skills and note reading is included, as well as fun group activities such as music trivia and name that song. Bruce Murray has been a C.P.G.A. member for over 40 years serving the C.P.G.A. as a Director, as well as serving as chairman of many association portfolios. He has been a Head Professional/Director of Golf at five clubs in his career the most prominent being Royal Montréal, Shaughnessy in Vancouver and now Wildfire in Lakefield, Ontario. Bruce's responsibilities have varied within the scope of the various clubs, but teaching has been and remains his main passion. He has taught students of every level, from novices to professionals and leading amateurs. Bruce is now retired from the Private Club life, but continues his activity in teaching.
