Fares, Deposits & Payment Information
Your all-inclusive Crystal River Cruises™ experience represents luxury and value beyond compare.
All cruise-only fares are in U.S. dollars and are per person, based on double occupancy and do not include air, cruise taxes, fees and port charges, which vary by departure.
Crystal River Cruises all-inclusive cruise-only fares include:
Complimentary airport transfers on days of embarkation and disembarkation; beverages including fine wines, champagne, premium spirits and all non-alcoholic beverages such as bottled water, soft drinks and specialty coffees; gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff; Butler service; choice of two guided Crystal Adventures® shore excursion in every port (additional excursions available for purchase) and Wi-Fi/Internet service (60 minutes per person/per day.)
Guests booked with cruise-only fares may add air at an additional cost. Optional air add-ons are available from Crystal River Cruises' designated gateway cities in the U.S. and Canada, and include all government fees, fuel surcharges and taxes. If you choose to arrange for air travel independently, complimentary airport transfers on days of embarkation and disembarkation will be provided (during meet and greet program times only). Fares are subject to change. The fare in effect on the date the cruise is confirmed applies.
For UK & Eire residents only:
All cruise-only Fares are in UK pounds and include cruise port, security and handling charges. Optional air add-ons are available from designated cities in the UK.
Solo Travelers/Single Supplement
Depending on sailing date and category booked, Solo Traveler Fares range from 130% to 200% of the applicable, per person, double occupancy fare. Solo Traveler Fares (Single Supplements) are calculated before additional promotional savings. Solo Fares are capacity-controlled, subject to change and/or may be withdrawn at any time. Please contact your travel professional or Crystal River Cruises for the most up-to-date Solo Traveler Fares.
Deposits & Payments
Your reservation must be accompanied by a deposit within the period
specified at time of booking and is based on the total fare for the
booking including optional air costs, pre-/post-cruise hotel programs,
less applicable discounts. A deposit of 20% per guest is required for
all reservations (all categories). Reservations (all categories) are
subject to cancellation if required deposits are not received within the
specified option period. Final payment is due no later than 90 days
prior to sailing. All reservations are subject to cancellation if
payments are not received by the due date.
Shipboard Currency is Euro. Onboard currency exchange – shipboard
currency Euros (one way, foreign to Euro only, no conversion back to
foreign currency (commission charges apply). All US dollar denominated
shipboard credits applied to guest booking prior to cruise, will be
converted to Euro three (3) days prior to embarkation, at the current
rate of exchange that day. Please note, the voyage rate of exchange
will be that same rate of exchange.
Cancellation fees/penalties apply if booking is cancelled within penalty periods outlined below. The date of booking cancellation determines the applicable penalty amount. The penalty is applied as a percentage of the booking total and does not apply to port security and handling fees.

45-31 days to sailing Penalty equivalent to 50% of cruise total applies.
