Fully paid bookings enables guests to pre-request reservations online in the specialty restaurants, Spa and Creative Learning Institute. For onboard services such as spa appointments, specialty restaurant dinner reservations, Crystal Adventures® shore excursions and Crystal Cruises' complimentary Creative Learning Institute classes may be pre-requested online on our Priority Check-in & Planning Center.
Please note, all online pre-reservation requests are considered "request only." Confirmations will be provided on the day of embarkation via a confirmation card in the guest's stateroom. Online pre-reservation request is available only for individual requests. Group requests do not apply.

Group Signage & Name Badge Guideline
Signage must be printed, not handwritten, with a maximum tabletop sign size of 8 ½ X 11 inches in a frame. Easels are permitted with a maximum sign size of 24 x 18 inches. No banners are permitted. Up to two easels are permitted at any one location and easels are only permitted inside private party venues (not outside the private party venue doorway) and must remain by the hospitality desk.
Name badges are permitted in private event venues only. Name badges may not be worn in public areas.
Internet Access, Wi-Fi & SeaMobile
All Crystal guests will receive free Wi-Fi/internet for the duration of
their cruise! Offering atleast 60 minutes per person, per day of internet and
Wi-Fi connectivity (depending on stateroom/suite category*), this enhanced
benefit will ensure you are able to connect and share your cherished Crystal
experiences to friends and family back home. Certain restrictions apply.
Additional minutes, over the total per guest, per day allotment, are
available for purchase based on the following plans: (Internet rates and/or

Please note: It is not possible to connect a laptop through
the shipboard phone system directly to any phone number ashore for dial-up
services. Skype, iChat, Facetime and other similar services are not
available on board.

90 minutes per person, per day; CP (Crystal Penthouse) Guests will receive
unlimited email, per person, per day. This program will replace the current
published Penthouse Amenity program.
Crystal Cruises and SeaMobile have joined forces to provide you with wireless service at sea, using your own mobile phones and telephone numbers. You will be able to make and receive calls to and from fellow travelers on the ship, as well as with friends and family anywhere in the world. Details of the SeaMobile service are included in all pre-cruise documents. Group Services Department
Once your incentive program is finalized via an executed contract and your group number is issued, the Group Services Department will assist you in the areas of guest reservations, name changes, rooming lists, room assignments and payment submissions. Cruise documents will be handled and coordinated through your Group Services Coordinator (GSC). Your GSC will contact you one week prior to the second payment due date to review your payment schedule.

Onboard Guest Services Department (OBGS)
All onboard events and Land Program needs (transfers, shore excursions, pre/post hotel) are coordinated through your Onboard Guest Services Coordinator. For example, cocktail parties, individual guests' special dietary needs, meeting spaces, stateroom deliveries, pre-conference meeting arrangements and hospitality desks will be handled through your OBGS Coordinator.
