David Burgess (Liverpool, England)
David Burgess is a well-respected and experienced destination speaker who delivers his presentations in an entertaining, enjoyable, humorous and unique style. David’s presentations draw on his many years of foreign travel as well as his college lecturing skills mixed in with more than a dash of his Liverpool humor that make his series of on board lectures a must see. Prior to training as a college lecturer, David worked as a presenter and producer on UK local radio in Liverpool. David is a full-time college lecturer for The Manchester College, Europe’s largest FE college.
James Fallows (Washington, D.C.)
Former Presidential speechwriter and current Atlantic Monthly correspondent James Fallows, now living in Shanghai, has reported from around the world for more than 25 years. Bill Rothschild (Houston, TX)
Bill Rothschild is your proverbial rocket scientist. He retired as Boeing’s Director of Engineering Operations for the Space Exploration Division in Houston, TX after 43 years in the aerospace industry. Bill is currently working as a consultant for both NASA and the U.S. Air Force in addition to lecturing to a wide range of audiences. Listen to Bill’s down to earth descriptions and his tantalizing insider stories about the real moon race, what’s happening in space now, and an intriguing look into the future for this greatest of all adventures - the human exploration of space.
Thomas Buckley (Miami, FL)
Thomas Buckley developed his love of seafood during his childhood growing up in seaside villages in England. Thomas' career began as an intern at Pic restaurant in France where he was given the opportunity to train in classical French cuisine at the renowned Connaught Hotel in London. From there, his culinary education traveled from London to Brazil to New York City. Thomas began his journey with Nobu Matsuhisa in 1998, where he partnered with him at London's flagship Nobu restaurant. Thomas is currently the corporate executive chef for Nobu Miami Beach at the Shore Club Hotel and also co-authored Nobu Miami: The Party Cookbook with Nobu.
André Rochat (Las Vegas, NV)
André Rochat is Las Vegas' original celebrity chef. At five years old, he begin learning about food from his family charcuterie in France, apprenticed at Leon de Lyon, cooked at prestigious East Coast hotels including Washington's Mayflower, and opened the first French boulangerie in Vegas in 1973: Savoy French Bakery. Since then, Rochat has opened renowned French gourmet restaurant, André's, in Vegas; a 2nd André's at the Monte Carlo, and Alizé on top of Palms Casino & Resort in Las Vegas. He is also the President of the Gastronomy Management Group and maintains one of the most extensive and exclusive collections of wine, armagnacs, cognacs, vintage ports and spirits in the world.
Doug Frost (Prairie Village, KS)
One of only 3 people in the world to achieve the distinctions of both Master Sommelier and Master of Wine. Author of 3 books: Uncorking Wine, On Wine, and Far from Ordinary Spanish Wine Buying Guide. Frost is also the Wine & Spirits consultant for United Airlines and writes about wine and spirits for numerous publications, including Sante, Cheers magazine, and the James Beard Award-winning Kansas City Star food section. Frost is Director of the Jefferson Cup Invitational Wine Competition and founding partner of Beverage Alcohol Resource, an educational and consulting beverage company.

Passport To Music presented by Yamaha and Crystal Cruises: Instructor Jodi Winnwalker (Sisters, OR) teaches an innovative and fun course as an introduction to keyboard playing for adults. Tradition and technology meet in harmony to create this progressive piano-style program. With an emphasis on hands-on learning using Yamaha's exciting portable keyboards supported by the Clavinova digital piano, guests learn nearly a dozen songs during the cruise. An overview of general musical skills, including listening skills and note reading is included, as well as fun group activities such as music trivia and name that song. Passport To Music is designed for those with little or no previous keyboard experience.
