To view our Priority Check-in & Planning Center overview click here.
  • Our former Pre-Reservation Request system only allowed pre-cruise reservations for Crystal Adventures® shore excursions, and “requests— for spa appointments and specialty dining. The PCPC portal makes day-of-cruise check-in easier and allows you to make real-time pre-cruise reservations for spa and specialty dining:

Priority Check-in – reduces required pre-cruise check-in paperwork, thereby streamlining your embarkation process on day of sailing.

Planning Center – allows you to make real-time pre-cruise reservations for the Crystal Spa & Salon appointments, specialty dining reservations at Prego, Silk Road, daily dining times for our new Dining by Reservation™ in the Crystal Dining Room; and, as before, Crystal Adventures shore excursions.

    Exciting new PCPC features include

Guests completing the Priority Check-in Checklist in advance of their travels will enjoy an easier check-in on embarkation day.

All guests who are paid in full, regardless of stateroom category, can make real-time pre-cruise reservations – with immediate confirmations – for spa and specialty dining. Previously, guests were only able to “request— spa appointments and specialty dining reservation times. Now you may customize your cruise in advance of your travels, giving you more free time to relax and enjoy your cruise once on board.

Guests who selected our Dining by Reservation dining option at the time of booking can visit PCPC to make their daily reservations in the Crystal Dining Room.

Your own day-by-day Personal Cruise Calendar reflects every pre-cruise reservation you make as well as travel details including port location, day/date, docking times and daily dress codes.

Changes to pre-reserving Crystal Adventures shore excursions:

PCPC was designed to enhance the pre-cruise planning for all guests, regardless of stateroom category. With the new system, you will notice some changes to booking and confirming Crystal Adventures shore excursions. Please note the following:

All guests, regardless of stateroom category, can reserve a Crystal Adventures shore excursion with only a deposit required.

Now, reservations are made and confirmed online, with confirmation displayed immediately on your Personal Cruise Calendar, which may then be printed. Previously, all communication was sent via email and/or fax.

Now, all guests are required to complete the Priority Check-in Checklist online, before they can proceed to the Planning Center to make any pre-cruise reservations – for Crystal Adventures, spa and/or specialty dining. Previously, this was not required; it is now a component of the PCPC system.

Now, you will see an immediate confirmation of your Crystal Adventures shore excursion request displayed on your Personal Cruise Calendar. Previously, guests received an email confirmation.

All Crystal Adventures shore excursions are available for pre-reservation 6 months (180 days) prior to sail date, same as before.
