guests with a booking number and a deposit on file can pre-reserve their desired Crystal Adventures shore excursions online as early as 6-months (180 days) prior to cruise departure via Crystal's online guest check-in portal, Priority Check-In and Planning Center (PCPC)
All Crystal Adventures shore excursions will appear as “Closed— (not available for pre-reservation) until guests have paid a deposit for a booking. Once deposited, PCPC will then reflect shore excursion/s as “Available— for pre-reservation.
If you have already paid a deposit for your cruise and you still see a shore excursion with a “Closed— or “On Request— status, then click on the shore excursion’s title, which will prompt the excursion’s detailed description, along with the status of that particular excursion. Typically, these specific excursions marked “Closed— or “On Request— have certain requirements and therefore can only be requested in writing to Crystal Cruises’ Land Programs department at email@example.com
For the majority of shore excursions, you may pre-reserve up to 8 tickets under one guest name. If you require more than 8 tickets for a particular excursion (e.g., you are pre-reserving for your entire party), you may pre-reserve additional tickets under a different guest’s name or booking in your party and request those tickets be transferred to your account once you are on board (by request through the onboard shore excursion staff).

CANCELLATIONS OF PRE-RESERVED SHORE EXCURSIONS CANNOT BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE. To cancel a Crystal Adventures shore excursion, log on to PCPC to access your cruise calendar, and navigate to the date of the excursion you would like to cancel. On that cruise date, there will be a box summarizing the excursion, which has a button marked “Cancel Request.— Click “Cancel Request— and the excursion will be cancelled, disappearing from your Personal Cruise Calendar.

. When requesting to cancel an excursion in writing, please include your cruise booking number, excursion code (ex: STP-A) and the number of tickets to cancel. Failure to include this information may delay the cancellation process. Please allow between 3 and 4 business days for your request to be processed; your travel agent will be notified.
