Jim Rowe (Sabanilla, Costa Rica)
Dr. Jim Rowe holds a Ph.D. in the area of Applied Eco-Psychology and Integrated Ecology. This broad social science encompasses areas of natural ecology, human psychology and cultural history/sociology/anthropology. Jim lives in Costa Rica and Panama where he teaches university level programs in cultural anthropology and natural history with Outward Bound Costa Rica/Panama. He spends much of his free time traveling in Latin America, the Caribbean, Polynesia and the world. His passions include travel, technical rock climbing, white water kayaking, surfing, scuba diving and wakeboarding. Jim is the Executive Director of Outward Bound Costa Rica and Panama where he oversees youth programs that focus on personal and leadership development through study abroad and adventure. His presentations will help you understand the intriguing natural environment and cultures of The Caribbean Basin, Panama, Panama Canal and Costa Rica.
Lord Mawson, OBE (London, England)
Andrew Mawson is a serial social entrepreneur, internationally known for pioneering work at the Bromley-by-Bow Centre in East London. A community organization encompassing an array of integrated social enterprises based around art, health, education, and practical skills, it became Britain’s first Healthy Living Centre. He received an OBE in the Millennium New Year’s Honours List for his work there and, in 2007, was made an independent crossbench peer as Baron Mawson, of Bromley-by-Bow in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Andrew is a director of One Church 100 Uses, which promotes the regeneration of churches for community use, and Andrew Mawson Partnerships, whose goal is "entrepreneurs helping communities through innovation." An early force behind bringing the 2012 Olympic Games to East London, he is a non-executive director of the London Legacy Development Corporation, the public sector, not-for-profit organization responsible for the long-term development and management of the Olympic Park and its facilities.
Raised in Bradford, Yorkshire, Andrew trained for Christian ministry at the Northern Baptist College in Manchester and gained a BA degree in theology from the Victoria University of Manchester. A charismatic and inspiring speaker who believes passionately in the ability of the individual to affect real change, his lectures are punctuated with practical stories from his transformational work across the United Kingdom.

Want to take your home movies to the next level? Post your mini-blockbusters or vacation videos to Facebook or YouTube? In five fun classes, learn how to shoot and edit short movies using an iPad. Improve your video and photo skills. The course is taught by professionals, but aimed at non-professionals.
Course requirements: please bring your own iPad and pre-load the iMovie application prior to boarding. If you do not already own the iMovie app for iOS, you must have iOS6 in order to purchase and download iMovie ($4.99) from the App Store. Once you have downloaded the iMovie app to your iPad, be sure to also download the Help files. Open the iMovie app and tap on the Help icon (it looks like a question mark). When the Help screen comes up, tap on "More Help" to download the rest of the Help files. You cannot download the app on board the ship. Due to the hands-on nature of this unique program, class size is limited to 20 participants. Please sign up online using the Priority Check-in & Planning Center (PCPC). If you sign up on board, make sure to sign up EARLY.

Joe Herbert (Littleton, CO)
Joe Herbert has maintained membership in the PGA for over 35 years, as well as being Life Member and Quarter Century Club member. His experience includes being a Head Golf Professional/Golf Director at exclusive country clubs in Colorado. In addition, during the spring and summer months, he is the Director of Golf Instruction at Arrowhead Golf Club (Golf Digest Top 100 golf courses) in Littleton, CO. During the winter, Joe is the Director of Golf Instruction at the beautiful Classic Golf Club in Palm Springs, CA. Joe hosted the Bob Hope golf tournament from 2006 - 2009. Joe has been honored with the 1997 nomination for PGA Teaching Professional and Junior Golf Leader as well as the 2009/2010 President’s Council Award for Outstanding Golf Instructor of Developing Golf Instruction Programs. He has been featured in 2010 Style magazine during the U.S. Open, and Boomer Golf News for his outstanding teaching abilities. Joe has signed with Southwest Airlines and Swift Air for his golf instructions and DVDs while in the air on WIFI. Recently, due to the large number of requests from his students around the world, Joe released a DVD set, Fundamentals of Golf. Joe considers teaching golf to others to be one of the highlights of his life.
