Crystal Cruises Fares

Fares are cruise only in U.S. dollars, per person based on double occupancy and do not include taxes, fees and port charges, which vary by departure. Fares do not include air or transfers. Guests may add air at an additional cost. Optional air add-ons are available to full cruise, full fare guests with flights originating from Crystal Cruises' designated gateway cities in the U.S. and Canada, and include all government fees, fuel surcharges and taxes. If you choose to arrange for air travel independently, you may purchase embarkation and disembarkation transfers from Crystal Cruises. Fares are subject to change. The fare in effect on the date the cruise is confirmed applies.

Crystal's fares include: beverages including fine wines, champagne, premium spirits and all non-alcoholic beverages such as bottled water, soft drinks and specialty coffees; gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff; an evening of specialty dining; Penthouse Butler service in applicable suites; Wi-Fi/Internet access in-room and throughout the ship, signal permitting. 

For UK & Eire residents only: All Cruise-Only Fares are in UK pounds and include cruise port, fees and other charges. Optional air add-ons are available from designated cities in the UK. Fares are subject to change. The fare in effect on the date the cruise is confirmed applies.

Crystal Cruises Deposits & Payment Information

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit within the period specified at time of booking and is based on the total fare for the booking including optional air costs, pre-/post-cruise hotel programs, less applicable discounts. All percentages are based on total fare and do not apply to taxes, fees and port charges. 

2018 & 2019 Crystal Cruises sailings: A deposit of 20% per guest is required for all sailings (all categories) except for 2019 World Cruise Voyages/Segments (see below).

Crystal Cruises Cancellation/Category Downgrade Information

Cancellation fees/penalties apply if booking is cancelled or the category is downgraded within penalty periods outlined below. The date of booking cancellation determines the applicable penalty amount. The penalty is applied as a percentage based on total fare and does not apply to taxes, fees and port charges.

The fare does not include air which Guests may add at an additional cost. Optional air add-ons are available to full cruise, full fare guests with flights originating from Crystal Cruises' designated gateway cities in the U.S. and Canada, and include all government fees, fuel surcharges and taxes. If you choose to arrange for air travel independently, you may purchase embarkation and disembarkation transfers from Crystal Yacht Cruises. Fares are subject to change. The fare in effect on the date the cruise is confirmed applies.

Crystal Yacht Expedition Cruises fares include: complimentary airport transfers on days of embarkation and disembarkation beverages including fine wines, champagne, premium spirits and all non-alcoholic beverages such as bottled water, soft drinks and specialty coffees; gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff; Butler service; Wi-Fi/Internet access in-room and throughout the ship, signal permitting; select Marina and water sports equipment including a wide variety of aquatic equipment–water skis, wake boards, kayaks, jet skis, fishing/snorkel equipment.

All Crystal River Cruises fares are cruise only in U.S. dollars, per person based on double occupancy and do not include taxes, fees and port charges, which vary by departure. Fares include complimentary airport transfers on days of embarkation and disembarkation; beverages including fine wines, champagne, premium spirits and all non-alcoholic beverages such as bottled water, soft drinks and specialty coffees; gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff; Butler service; choice of one of two guided Crystal Adventures shore excursion in every port, and Wi-Fi/Internet access in-room and throughout the ship, signal permitting.

Guests booked with cruise-only fares may add air at an additional cost. Optional air add-ons are available from Crystal River Cruises' designated gateway cities in the U.S. and Canada, and include all government fees, fuel surcharges and taxes. If you choose to arrange for air travel independently, complimentary airport transfers on days of embarkation and disembarkation will be provided.  Fares are subject to change. Third Berth

A limited number of staterooms on each ship and yacht are designated for triple occupancy. Crystal Cruises discourages the use of third berths for adults due to the size of the bed.

A third person age 12 and over may travel in a triple occupancy stateroom, cruise-only (subject to space availability) at the minimum cruise-only fare for that cruise. Children age 11 and under traveling as a third berth guest are charged 50% of the minimum cruise-only fare for that cruise. Optional air may be added to these fares at an additional cost.

Children & Minors

Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. In addition, if the adult accompanying the child is not a parent or legal guardian, the "Parental Consent Guardianship Form" must be signed by a parent or legal guardian and received by Crystal Cruises no later than 30 days prior to sailing.

Guests age 11 and under at the time of sailing must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older in the same stateroom. Parents can have two related children booked in the same stateroom provided one of them is at least 16 years of age and traveling in an adjacent room to parent/s or legal guardian/s. Infants 6-24 months of age who will be utilizing a crib may travel as a third berth in either a double or triple stateroom. Crystal Cruises also reserves the right to restrict the number of passengers less than three (3) years of age aboard the ship. Third berth child rate will apply if accompanied by two-full fare adults. 

Crystal Cruises and Crystal Yacht Expedition Cruises are unable to accommodate children less than six (6) months of age as the ship’s medical facilities are not designed to provide services to very young children.

Children occupying a double stateroom will be charged the adult rate regardless of age.

Solo Travelers (Single Supplement)

Solo travelers will also enjoy exceptional savings. Depending on sailing and category booked, Solo fares range from 110% to 200% of the applicable, per person, double occupancy fare. Solo Traveler Fares (Single Supplements) are calculated before additional promotional savings. Solo Fares are capacity-controlled, subject to change and/or may be withdrawn at any time. Full World Cruise and World Cruise segments may vary, please contact your travel professional for the most up-to-date Solo Traveler Fares.
