Dr. Fred Levine (Carlsbad, CA)
Art historian and anthropologist, Dr. Levine is currently Professor of Art History at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA, and is a frequent enrichment speaker on Crystal Cruises.
Robert Warne (Arlington, VA)
Rob Warne served for 28 years as a Senior Foreign Service Officer with the US Department of State. Specializing in international economics, he held a variety of senior posts at the Department and aboard. He has worked on Asian affairs much of his life and authored books and articles, and lectured frequently on the region. He will speak on the policy and economic issues relating to Africa and the Indian sub-continent, as well as on current developments in terrorism, globalization, and emerging nations.
Rob Warne was President of a Washington, D.C. based think tank focusing on East Asia. This entailed regular contacts with regional leaders, US senior officials and members of Congress and conferences on the region at many US universities cities. He was also a university professor at several universities in the region. Currently he is a program Chair at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center of the US Department of State where he has been teaching for five years. A graduate of Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School for International and Public Affairs, he received an advanced degree in economics at The Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies.

Marshall Ulrich defies the ideas of “too old,” “too far,” and “not possible.” A versatile, world-class extreme-endurance athlete, he is an ultrarunner, Seven Summits mountaineer, and adventure racer. Marshall’s prolific athletic career has earned him numerous wins, records, and firsts on some of the toughest courses in the world and has taken him to the top of the highest mountains, including Mount Everest, all in his 40s and 50s.

Want to take your home movies to the next level? Post your mini-blockbusters or vacation videos to Facebook or YouTube? In five fun classes, learn how to shoot and edit short movies using an iPad. Improve your video and photo skills. The course is taught by professionals, but aimed at non-professionals.
Course requirements: please bring your own iPad and pre-load the iMovie application prior to boarding. If you do not already own the iMovie app for iOS, you must have iOS6 in order to purchase and download iMovie ($4.99) from the App Store. You cannot download the app on board the ship. Due to the hands-on nature of this unique program, class size is limited to 20 participants. Please sign up online using Priority Check-in & Planning Center (PCPC).
