Dan Raviv is an award-winning national correspondent for CBS News and has reported on radio and television from over 35 countries, including a dozen years in the London Bureau. He was on the Berlin Wall as it fell, in Moscow as the Soviet Union collapsed, at the scene of many terrorist attacks including Lockerbie, and in Havana as Fidel Castro welcomed the Baltimore Orioles for an exhibition game. Dan anchors the major world events for CBS Radio News, including Election Night coverage. Stephen Mack is the CEO of Asia Wine Service and Education Centre (AWSEC®). Stephen holds a Diploma from the UK’s Wine & Spirit Education Trust®, for whom he runs Hong Kong’s only center offering courses and exams up to and including Diploma level, is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, a French Wine Scholar (with Highest Honors) and Barossa Master Educator. AWSEC won the award of WSET Educator of the Year, 2013. Stephen has selected the wines for an international airline, judged in numerous wine competitions from London to Australia and has a wide range of corporate clients for whom he conducts entertaining and educational tutored wine tastings and wine and food dinners for their staff and clients. Stephen has also trained the staff of a number of wine producers and distributors, restaurants and hotels all over Asia.

The relaxing and social aspects of knitting have been added on select cruises. On this sailing, Sandy Lee (Kennett Square, PA) will host knitting classes and all levels are welcome. Participants are encouraged to knit together sharing skills and advice in a congenial environment. Participation is limited.

Want to take your home movies to the next level and learn how to share them with family and friends? In five entertaining classes, learn how to shoot and edit short movies using an iPad. Improve your video and photo skills. The course is taught by professionals, but aimed at non-professionals.
Course requirements: please bring your own iPad pre-loaded with the iMovie application. If you do not already own the iMovie for iOS app, you must have iOS8 in order to download iMovie from the App Store. If you have an older version of the iMovie app, be sure to update to the current version. You cannot download the app on board the ship. Please sign up online using the Priority Check-in & Planning Center (PCPC). If you sign up on board, make sure to sign up EARLY, in the Library, as the class size is limited.

Bruce Murray has been a C.P.G.A. member for over 40 years serving the C.P.G.A. as a Director, as well as serving as chairman of many association portfolios. He has been a Head Professional/Director of Golf at five clubs in his career the most prominent being Royal Montréal, Shaughnessy in Vancouver and now Wildfire in Lakefield, Ontario. Bruce's responsibilities have varied within the scope of the various clubs, but teaching has been and remains his main passion. He has taught students of every level, from novices to professionals and leading amateurs. Bruce is now retired from the private club life and lives outside Halifax, Nova Scotia.
