Optional air add-ons are per person, effective for new bookings as of 05/01/2013 and must be booked by 06/28/2013, and are subject to change. Optional air add-ons are available from Crystal Cruises' designated gateway cities in the U.S. and Canada, and include all government fees, fuel surcharges and taxes. Optional air add-on does not include miscellaneous charges levied by the air carriers for services, including but not limited to luggage, meals, special seat assignments or any other airline-provided service, which are the guest’s responsibility. Details regarding such fees are available on the individual airlines' websites. Guest authorizes Crystal Cruises to arrange all air routing, scheduling and carrier selection, which are at the discretion of Crystal Cruises.
1. For cruises departing or returning to Miami, guest is responsible for own transportation to/from pier.
2. JFK or La Guardia may be used depending on aircraft routings and availability.
3. For cruises departing or returning to New York, guest is responsible for own transportation to/from pier.
4. Due to limited air schedules or equipment, gateway city may not be offered on all cruises.
5. For cruises departing or returning to Boston, guest is responsible for own transportation to/from the pier.
6. Rate may vary if cruise begins or ends in this city.
7. One-way air add-on for Los Angeles and New York is $600.
8. One-way air add-on for New York is $1,200.
9. One-way air add-on for Boston is $1,200.
10. One-way air add-on for New York and Miami is $400.
11. One-way air add-on for Miami is $1,200.
12. One-way air add-on for Miami is $1,300.
13. For voyage 3212: Limited-time return flight airfare from Reykjavik to New York: $600 per guest (normally $1,200) and limited-time 2-for-1 round trip airfare for zones 1-4 are applicable to new bookings only as of 05/01/2013 and must be booked by 06/28/2013. Airfares indicated include 2-for-1 air calculation.

All offers may not be combinable with other promotions, apply to first two full-fare guests in stateroom or suite, are capacity-controlled, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. Please note: Because inventory is capacity controlled, all requests for air confirmations received on/within 75 days prior to cruise departure date are ON REQUEST and subject to availability of air/sea contract fares at the time of booking.
